Our Story

A campus, not a rented floor.

Adarsh Shiksha Samiti opened this campus in Civil Lines in 2001 and has been building on it ever since. Today it is an English-medium CBSE school running from Nursery to Class XII on a single address, with laboratories, a library, a cafeteria, an auditorium and hostel accommodation on the same grounds.

Day scholars come from across Gonda town on school transport. Boarders come from the blocks and districts around it. A child can begin here at Nursery and leave after the Class XII board examination without ever changing schools — which is the whole point of building a campus rather than renting a floor.

“One address in Gonda that can take a child from the first alphabet to the board examination.”

The intent this campus was built on
What We Stand For

Six things the campus is built around.

I.

The CBSE Curriculum

English medium, Nursery to Class XII, taught patiently and thoroughly. Concepts first, marks after — in that order, every year.

II.

Laboratories

Science and computer laboratories on campus, so an experiment is something a child performs rather than reads aloud from a textbook.

III.

Hostel & Boarding

A day-cum-boarding campus, so families outside Gonda town need not choose between keeping a child close and choosing a good school.

IV.

Library & Cafeteria

A campus library where the reading habit is built early, and a cafeteria so that no child spends the school day on an empty stomach.

V.

Sport, Music & Stage

Grounds and a sports programme, music and dance rooms, and an auditorium. Confidence is treated here as a subject of its own.

VI.

Transport & Care

School transport across Gonda town and a supervised campus from the first bell to dispersal. Parents should worry about homework, nothing else.

Life on Campus

Where the school year actually happens.

The corridor, the classroom, the library hour, the morning line and the days the whole school stands together — the ordinary rhythm a year here is made of.

The Spirit of the Campus

Curiosity.Discipline.Character.

Three words, in that order — the way a school day here is meant to be spent, from the morning line to the last bus out.

Joining Us

Four steps, and the office does the rest.

Admissions run from Nursery through Class XII, subject to seats in each section. This is how a family usually gets there.

Send an enquiry

Fill the short form below or call the school office on the Civil Lines landline. Tell us the class you are considering and whether you are asking as a day scholar or a boarder.

Visit the campus

Walk the grounds on a working morning, see the classrooms in session and meet the teachers. Ten minutes on campus tells a parent more than any website can.

Interaction and documents

A short interaction with the child; senior classes may take a written assessment. Carry the previous school’s report card and transfer certificate — the office will confirm the full list before you make the trip.

Confirmation

Document verification and fee submission complete the admission. Transport route or hostel accommodation is arranged at the same desk, in the same conversation.

Enquire for Admission

Thirty seconds. No documents needed at this stage.

Your number would be used only to respond to this enquiry.

Enquiry received.

In the working version, this reaches the admissions desk the moment a parent sends it — at nine in the morning or at eleven at night, with the class and the phone number already attached.

And after the enquiry — the follow-up runs itself.

Fee due-date reminders, holiday and examination notices, result announcements, hostel and transport alerts — delivered to every parent automatically, instead of the office working through the register one call at a time.

Questions Parents Ask

Answers, plainly given.

Admissions run from Nursery through Class XII on the CBSE curriculum, subject to seats in each section. Mid-session transfers are considered case by case — bring the previous school’s report card and transfer certificate when you visit.

Send an enquiry or visit the school office in Civil Lines, have a short interaction with the child (senior classes may take a written assessment), then complete document verification and fee submission. The office will tell you exactly which documents to carry before you make the trip.

This is a day-cum-boarding school — hostel accommodation is on the same Civil Lines campus, so children from outside Gonda town can study here. For day scholars, school transport covers the main routes across the town; share your address at the office and the nearest pickup point and timing will be confirmed.

Regular parent-teacher meetings, a diary that actually gets checked, and — as this demo shows — automatic updates for results, notices and fee reminders. If something needs your attention, you should hear it from the school first.

Sri Raghukul Vidya Peeth is managed by Adarsh Shiksha Samiti, the Gonda trust that established this campus in 2001 and also runs a women’s degree college associated with it. For current school timings, fee structure and session dates, call the office on +91 5262 231250.
